Coconut -Apricot Molasses -Barley malt Granola ..Tips..Photos

I made this batch today..coconut & apricot with chia seeds..it tastes divine,  not too sweet ( I used 50:50 black molasses and barley malt) with a gorgeous toasted coconut and tangy apricot flavors.

add the chia seeds once the mix has been combined well

Toasted/baked to perfection


stir well 10 mins after cooling to break up lumps

Because of the chia seeds, a little goes a long way, the fruit was dried apricots and California Raisins, the nuts sprouted almonds and organic coconut flakes..try it ..all told it took 1 hour and I have a month's supply of naturally gluten free, high fiber, protein packed, nutritional dense, granola.

Make some at home for yourself..you'll be glad you did.
