Add the following to my orig. recipe ( on this blog September 1st 2012.."Oatmeal not just for breakfast anymore")
Useunbleached all purpose flour instead of whole wheat
1 pound roasted salted peanuts
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup all purpose flour..
Sprinkle each cookie lightly with sea salt flakes before baking
Makes 36 big cookies
bake in 350f oven for 10-15 mins.
