preheat oven 325F middle shelf
makes one 9 x 13 inch baking dish
3 1/2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup softened butter
1/2 tsp sea salt
1tsp vanilla extract
Place everything into a large bowl and work well with finger tips.
Press into a well buttered dish 13 x 9inch
Bake 30 mins or until light golden brown.
Remove and cool 10 mins in baking dish and cut into squares/bars
Great, not too sweet, shortbread cookies.
