Summer vegetable soup, prep for veggie spring rolls with blackbean-garlic sauce; 1 gallon pasta sauce; Sally Lunn breads, PHOTOS of Prep for deliveries


The melted butter, warm milk, eggs, yeast and sugar with ground nutmeg and lemon zest for the Sally Lunn Breads

No sugar in this sauce to sweeten I added ground cinnamon

Previous 2 the completed pasta sauce, this will be cooked more when it is used for any recipes, I added fresh basil leaves form the garden

Black beans, ginger, scallions, garlic, agave syrup, soy sauce this will be the base for the rice wraps with sea vegetables( Wakame,see below) and avocado, jicama, carrots, cucumber and cilantro) served with a ginger-orange dipping sauce too.


The pulsed sauce for the rice wrappers will now marinate for 2 days.
