Happy Guy Fawkes Night to everyone in UK!
The holidays are coming so now is the time to perfect your recipes..here are several that are firm favorites with anyone eating them ..but they are not so well known recipe wise..here are the recipes and try and make them your own.
Experiment:
Sometime I prefer bitter, fresh, white grapefruit juice to lemon in the lemon bars; I like my Treacle toffee chewy, so I add extra butter and omit the vinegar.
These next few weeks are perfect to try out new recipes..then perfect them to your own taste.

Just be careful when making the toffees as they are very hot and can burn your skin so don't have any children present under 11yrs.
