Gluten-free stuffed mushrooms; Gluten-free "lasagna" ; Kale with onions and garlic..the menu completed for delivery PHOTOS



Happy Columbus Day 2013!

Tomato sauce ( Marinara) and cheese topped with the kale mix and layers of cheese


These 3 the gratins..a shredded cooked potato-"lasagna"

Vegan stuffed mushrooms..par-boiled in their skins potatoes, peeled, shredded and mixed with garlic fresh basil and pecans..to be drizzled with olive oil and bake at client's home, served with pasta and Marinara sauce


For the vegetarian stuffed mushrooms add shredded Strong Cheddar cheese to same pesto -potato mix, also drizzle with olive oil.before baking at client's home


The gratins ready for delivery and being baked at client's home.....deep, dense flavors and top level nutrition

Kale with sauteed red onion and garlic...sauteed the onions and garlic first then top with vegetable stock and steam for 10 mins..will be reheated at client's home..salt and pepper added

The sunflower on the left is now over 15 feet tall and has just begun to flower, today at dawn
