"Hungarian" Style Paprika and yam soup; Curried carrot-ginger soup with coconut milk; Mild butternut squash & pinto bean chili; Crepes with tomato-butternut squash sauce and cheese; Wholewheat sourdough banana-pecan waffles..20 Photos and info

This is a great carrot-fresh ginger, mild curried soup, finished with coconut milk


Great celery and carrots for the soups, chilis and sautes

"Hungarian" style paprika-yam soup, with starchy potatoes, celery and I have added whole grape tomatoes for extra texture. The paprika is sweet smoked and also added dill. Delicious soup, no heat; also finished with coconut milk.

The previous 2, Pinto bean & Butternut squash chili with fresh mild chilies, will be served with salsa and steamed brown rice

Previous 2 the crepe filling packed..to be used at client's home, fill the pancakes and roll, cover with grated sharp Cheddar cheese and bake n 350F oven for 30 mins

The poppy seed crepes..cook very fast in smoking pans, flip before getting too brown

The cooked poppy seed  crepes, cool on & between clean cloths to keep them flexible, store in waxed paper and foil
