Also much better to use cooked brown rice, you can use any other cooked grain.

| Cook onions, garlic, carrots, celery, squash, in vegetable stock, adding more as needed. | 
| Cooked brown rice with halved grape tomatoes and blanched green beans | 
| Add the stock cooked vegetables and any herbs you like..season with little salt and ground pepper..serve..to reheat add to any dry skillet with 2 tbsp vegetable stock..and saute until hot. |
