Own dried currant-cinnamon sourdough breads, Blue cornmeal-pecan-lemon cake and rest of the menu for Delivery Columbus Day 2013..PHOTOS

The kale cooking in celery, onions, corn and stock..which will be evaporated and be replaced by the pepper and tomato sauce

The fully cooked kale and tomato sauce mix to be layered with potato and cheese for the gratins

Changed from green beans to sugar snap peas, white bean, artichoke bottoms and grape tomato marinated salad..in lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil with red pepper flakes
